Description

The order includes in particular:1. Design based on the requirements contained in the ToR, a two-lane expressway S7 from the Airport junction on the Southern Ring Road of Warsaw to the Grójec ring road - Section "A" from the "Airport" junction. (without a node) to the "Lesznowola" node (with the node) - length of the section of about 6.6 km", together with engineering objects, accompanying infrastructure and traffic safety devices, i.e. preparation of project documentation.2Obtaining, on behalf and for the Contracting Authority, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all the opinions, agreements, permits, permits, decisions necessary to design and execute the investment,4. Construction of the above road together with engineering facilities and accompanying infrastructure,5. Preparation of as-built documentation meeting the requirements of relevant regulations,6 Obtaining administrative decisions for the use of the investment, in particular the following construction works should be designed and performed for the investment covered by the contract: 1. Construction of a section of a dual carriageway expressway together with the associated technical infrastructure and traffic safety equipment,2. Construction of 2 interchanges: "Construction and reconstruction of existing roads with respect to collisions with the jw road,4. Construction of roads other than the jw road (serving areas adjacent to the investment and restoring damaged road connections),5. Construction of technological roads and access roads to road equipment, e.g. retention tanks,6. Construction of engineering facilities,7. Construction of pavements and bicycle lanes,8. Construction of crossings and emergency entries to the express road,9. Construction of road body drainage system (road ditches, rainwater drainage, pre-cleaning equipment, retention tanks, pumping stations, etc.),10. Construction of environmental protection equipment, i.e. acoustic protection, passages for animals, ecological culverts with a protective and leading fence, greenery, rainwater drainage system, retention tanks, pre-cleaning equipment for rainwater from the expressway roadway, etc.,11Construction of infrastructure for facilities located along the expressway, including power and water supply networks, sanitary sewage treatment networks and devices, rainwater drainage together with pre-treatment devices, etc. Reconstruction of colliding devices and networks of the existing technical infrastructure, 13. Construction and reconstruction of road lighting, 14. Construction of a technological channel, 15. Concept and construction of a traffic management system, 16. Traffic organization (horizontal and vertical signage with equipment), BRD devices including traffic lights, 17. Reinforcement of the ground base to ensure proper foundation conditions for roads and engineering structures and stability of slopes.18 Cleaning and clearing of existing drainage facilities and receivers to effectively remove water from the roadway.19 Complete reclamation of areas occupied by technical and social facilities, construction sites, roads for construction and other areas transformed by the Contractor during the works and during the defect removal period.20 Restoring public roads used by the Contractor during construction to a condition not worse than prior to the commencement of construction.21All works resulting from the necessity of connecting the section to the existing traffic system together with its possible reconstruction and change of traffic organization resulting from the adopted solutions,22 All works related to reconstruction and demolition of elements colliding with the investment,23 Ensuring access to all the plots adjacent to the designed road lane throughout the entire construction period,24 A section of existing greenery,25 Greenery management,26 All other works necessary for the design and implementation of the investment,Estimated value of the order exceeding EUR 20,000,000.
