Description

For the maintenance and repair of automatic surface water measuring stations including the determination of physical field parameters, a mobile measuring vehicle is required. The measuring points to be sampled are to be reached mainly via temporary roadways and partly via unpaved difficult terrain. The measurements and sampling are to be carried out continuously and at any time of the year. The measuring vehicle is to be equipped with technical devices and equipment and handed over ready for use. The basic vehicle shall be a new vehicle with first registration. It must have sufficient storage space and working area to be suitable as a measuring vehicle.

The workspace must have the following basic features:- Sufficient storage space in cabinets with drawers for measuring devices, tools, tool cases, small technical devices and other equipment.- A technical measuring device (dimensions L/W/H 2,000 x 150 x 40 mm) must be accommodated in a cabinet on the work surface.- The following specifications must be implemented for transport safety:- All drawers must be fully extendable on metal rails.- All drawers must be fully extendable on metal rails. All drawers must be lined with cut-to-size polystyrene or foam - Work surfaces, floor and cladding to the vehicle wall must be waterproof and resistant to diluted inorganic acids and similarly aggressive hazardous substances - A cabinet with a pull-out shelf is required instead of the refrigeration unit included in the system.- The floor should be easy to clean and at least 50 mm high at the edges to the fixtures and side wall.- The working height in the laboratory room must be at least 1,880 mm after the conversion measures.- Installation of a sine wave inverter 12 V-230 V, at least 1200 watts continuous power incl. the necessary insulation monitoring for the use of several sockets according to. Installation of suitable additional batteries, min. 300 Ah, incl. automatic charger for charging the additional batteries and the vehicle battery, isolating relay, as well as external connection for 230 V and a device that prevents the vehicle from moving away when connected to the outside.- Sink (chrome steel) with 20 l water tank, 30 l waste water tank and feed pump, as well as soap and towel dispenser. Motor-generator system, speed-independent 230-volt supply, drive via vehicle motor, permanently installed. Continuous power 3.5 kW- Thermal insulation (walls and ceiling) against heat and cold- Roof storage closed over driver's compartment, accessible over work area- Side wall and door paneling- with all installations in the work area, a length of min. 2.70 m is still required.
