Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a one-year full third party liability insurance, AC insurance for vehicles and their accessories in motion and while stationary (also from theft) without deductible and deductible both in amount, percentage and kilometer, with depreciation waived, accident insurance (driver and passengers) and assistance, for 802 official vehicles operated by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"), including 793 cars and 9 light car trailers.
(1) The subject of the contract is the purchase of a one-year full coverage insurance of third party liability, AC insurance of vehicles and their accessories in motion and at a standstill (also from theft) without deductible and deductible both in amount, percentage and kilometer, with depreciation waived, accident insurance (driver and passengers) and assistance, for 802 company vehicles operated by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, based in Warsaw, including for 793 cars and 9 light car trailers.2The list of the Employer's vehicles (by Headquarters and Regional Branches) to be insured is attached as Appendix 1 to the Bid Form, constituting Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ.
