The operation, management and maintenance of the "Normandy" cinema.
The concession project concerns the operation, management and maintenance of the "Normandy" cinema. This cinema is located at 72 boulevard de la République in Vaucresson and consists of two cinemas (with a capacity of 195 seats + four PRM seats and 104 seats + four PRM seats respectively), two projection booths, a hall, offices and toilets. The concessionaire will be responsible for the proper operation of the "Normandy" cinema and the continuity of the service, at its own risk. It will operate the cinema on an exclusive basis. Within the framework of this consultation, the City is looking for an operator to take on the following main tasks (without this list being exhaustive):- management relating to the cinema activity: programming of the cinema offer, relations with distributors, promotion and animation of the cinema, reception of users, collection of tariffs linked to the operation of the cinema;- management relating to the use of the premises and to the operation of the activity: recruitment, remuneration and management of staff, renewal and improvement of equipment necessary for the operation of the service, acquisition and maintenance of small equipment and consumables necessary for the operation, cleaning, maintenance and routine repairs of the premises, compliance with all regulations applicable to the delegated activities.
