The Ville de Montréal-Est is requesting tenders for the above-mentioned project. Without limitation, the mandate includes the following work :


Removal and disposal of existing ventilation/air conditioning units;
Removal and disposal of existing roof waterproofing membrane;
Supply and installation of a new roof waterproofing membrane, including associated equipment;
Supply and installation of new ventilation/air conditioning units;
Electrical and plumbing connections;
All other related work and accessories required to complete the work in accordance with tender documents and rules of the trade.
