The buyer requires:
• supply and installation of incubator and radiant warming units for infants that are mobile for use in public hospitals with a lifespan of at least 7 years
• units that are fully integrated neonatal caring stations - combining the thermal benefits of a double-walled incubator and the accessibility of an open bed radiant warmer, with high mobility
• conversion between incubator and radiant warmer modes must be possible in seconds with a single button or simple mechanism
• the station must provide precise microprocessor-controlled thermal support to the patient in either mode
