Description

Following the completion of Phase A in 2023, MSDPC are seeking to progress Phase B in the planned tender competition to which this engagement refers. Phase B- a. Athletics ‘D’ Area- To westside of the existing pitch, to include 21m Shotput throw field and High Jump area in Conipor SP, 13mm thick polyurethane track system and athletic surfacing. b. Long jump- Running Track Sprint surface finish by Conipor SP, 13mm thick polyurethane track system and athletic surfacing, with a PUR-bound elastic layer based on recycled granules and a 3 mm PUR spray coating as a top layer, or equal approved to IAAF standards, laid in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. c. Warm Up Area ‘D’- To eastside of the existing pitch, to be constricted in detail and specification to match existing 4G soccer pitch playing surface. d. 1.2m high spectator fence- To the outside perimeter of running track, including gate accesses, to be agreed with the Client. e. CCTV- Installation of Hik-Vision 8 way remote server NVR with built in POE gigabit switch, seven colour to mono Hik-Vision Super HD bullet IP cameras, Ten Nano network interface transmit clubhouse to all poles, 5 x 4 way PoE gigabit ethernet switch, including connection to existing broadband network, allowing remote viewing via pc or smartphone. f. Supply, installation and commission of solar powered lighting to pedestrian access ramp and stairs, 4Nr IP65 LED floodlights, 30 LED, 80W including poles and ancillary works.
