This document governs the participation in the centralized regional tender for the supply of methadone hydrochloride with computerized system of supply "in service" through dispenser necessary for the Ser.D. of the health agencies of the Piedmont Region, the company USL Valle d'Aosta and the Molise Region. 11 and 12, of Legislative Decree 50/2016) for the lot shown in Annex 1) Table of products in the technical specifications are indicated in a totally presumptive way, as the actual consumption of drugs is subject to variable factors, circumstances related to the particular nature of the good, the respect of personal therapeutic plans in place, the needs of the public health service and the decisions taken by the competent national / regional bodies. It should be noted that these quantities are to be considered as estimated needs, defined on the basis of the collection of data received from bodies that have already expressed an interest in using the convention and, as regards the needs of Piedmontese health authorities, on the basis of the processing of regional information flows. The economic operator shall undertake to provide up to the maximum amount provided for the lot, while the health authorities shall not respond to the successful bidders in the event of issuing lower orders constituting the budgeted quantities, only a maximum limit of compulsory acceptance of orders by individual suppliers.The conditions, requirements and procedures to be met by the supply are set out in the invitation to tender and in the tender specifications, as well as in the technical specifications and related annexes.All products and services offered must comply with the minimum requirements, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, set out in the technical specifications and related annexes.
