Services: The Contractor shall provide the following services: Microsoft Unified Enterprise SupportThis is a premium support model designed to help large organizations optimize their use of Microsoft technologies. It offers: Proactive guidance for planning and operations. Fast, expert support for critical technical issues. Designated engineers for personalized assistance and continuity. Technical support as-needed 24/7. Dedicated Customer Success Account Manager. On-demand Assessments & Training Assessments such as ActiveDirectory Security Survey, Exchange Server Security Survey, SQL Server Security Survey, SharePoint Security Survey, InTune Security Survey, etc. Security Operations Enhanced Designated Engineer (EDE)The EDE is a security-focused expert assigned to an enterprise to: Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft security tools (e.g., Defender, Azure Security). Assist with incident response, threat mitigation, and recovery. Offer strategic guidance on security best practices and frameworks. Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure a strong defense against cyber threats. Microsoft 365 Foundations – Workload Security Assessment. Well-Architected Security Assessment for Azure. Zero Trust Foundations Assessments. Vendors who wish to formally challenge this decision must submit a detailed written objection addressed to Stephen Chan, by email to FNHA.contracts@fnha.ca before Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 14:00 PST. The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) will review any objections received and provide them with due consideration. Upon completion of this review, FNHA reserves the right to proceed with either a formal competitive tendering process or to finalize a direct award to a vendor selected at FNHA's discretion, based on the review's outcome and what is determined to be in the best interest of the organization
