Description

This is a reminder following the decision to declare the procedure 20FCS002 without further action for reasons of general interest linked to specific reasons not resulting from the unsuccessful outcome of the procedure. The purpose of the contract is the acquisition of an FT-IR microscopy system for the food safety laboratory at L'Ansees, Boulogne sur mer site. It includes the supply of the equipment, delivery, installation and commissioning, on-site training and warranty for a minimum of 12 months. In addition, the contract shall include, where appropriate: - in the case of the required variant 1 chosen: an extension of the guarantee including a preventive maintenance visit; - in the case of the required variant 2 chosen: a preventive and curative maintenance contract at the end of the guarantee period for the equipment. The technical description of the equipment is detailed in the CCTP.
The contract shall include a basic offer for the purchase of the equipment and the following two variants required at the initiative of the purchaser: - Variant 2: a maintenance contract for the instruments and the software suite, at the end of the warranty period, for a period of 12 months, renewable for 3 × 12 months, including an annual preventive maintenance visit (including maintenance kit, consumables, labour and travel) and corrective visits on purchase orders at market prices. Prices will be firm for the four years of the maintenance contract. The contract is a mixed contract consisting of:- a flat-rate basis for the purchase of the equipment, delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty and training and, where applicable, in the case of a required variant 2 chosen, for preventive maintenance services under the maintenance contract;- unit prices, where applicable for curative maintenance services in the case of a required variant 2 chosen. In this case, it is a framework agreement setting out all the contractual stipulations carried out as and when purchase orders are issued on the basis of unit prices, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Order Code. No minimum or maximum amount is set. Purchase orders are issued during the period of validity of the contract. Prices are firm throughout the duration of the contract.
