Description

The subject of the contract covers performing works in the field of machining, metalworking, welding and accompanying assembly/disassembly works, resulting from the current needs of the Contracting Authority, especially those related to the need to rebuild/repair certain fragments of infrastructure objects, parts of machines and equipment of airport systems, current repairs and design works related to such tasks.The scope of works to be performed by the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have technical facilities and qualified personnel capable of performing the work, including, but not limited to such as: - regeneration and execution of new parts and elements of airport infrastructure, such as BHS baggage handling system, Jetway airport passenger sleeves, contact and remote power systems for PIT 400Hz aircraft, - regeneration and manufacture of new parts for specialized machines for maintenance of airport surface, agrotechnical machines, road equipment, equipment for airport fire brigade combat vehicles, winter airport maintenance machines,- making new specialist tools, structural elements together with assembly (barriers, frames, fencing posts, supporting elements for the assembly of system equipment),- fence maintenance (concertina assembly, sealing the restricted area),- replacement/repair of net fencing, steel rods,- replacement and repair of steel channel covers in facilities,- replacement/repair of bumpers, barriers on walls and posts and in pedestrian zones of public and restricted zones,- maintenance and repair of barrier casings, ticket readers, frames of stationary and rotating cameras, entrance gates in fences and buildings,- repair and maintenance of airport baggage trolleys, shop trolleys, children's trolleys, - execution of metal structures (railings, balustrades, storage racks), - securing and painting of steel and aluminium structures, - execution of bases for attaching vertical road signs and information boards, - full range of services; TIG, MIG, MAG, argon shielded, gas and electric welding, welding, welding, cutting of steel plates in air plasma/laser system, machining of stainless steel after welding, (deacidification, polishing), - in special cases the work must be performed to the full extent, at the place of failure.During the performance of the above mentioned works, the Contractor shall take into account all works accompanying and preparing the workplace in accordance with the available technical knowledge, so that the commissioned works can be performed without hindrance. The Contractor shall be obliged to maintain order and cleanliness during the performance of works, to comply with health and safety regulations and to manage the waste generated.In the case of emergency situations that pose a threat to the continuity of airport operations, which may cause specific material damage, or when the lack of immediate repair poses a threat to health or life, the Contractor shall be obliged to immediately intervene - in order to secure the place of damage - up to 6 hours from the moment of receiving the notification. The Contractor shall take into account the conditions resulting therefrom, i.e. the possibility to perform work at night or on public holidays (in the event of special circumstances).
