The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services within the scope of collection, transport and disposal of waste generated in connection with the provision of health services from the group: 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 82*, 18 01 09, 18 01 01*, 18 01 04, 18 01 06*, 18 01 08, 16 05 06*, 16 05 09, 15 02 03, 08 03 18, and 16 06 04 for 3 entities - Ordering Parties. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the following appendices to the SWZ:- No. 2 - Collection and localization and rules of their acceptance,- No. 3 - Price form.

Krysiewicza Street, 61-825 Poznań,3) Wielkopolskie Centrum Medycyny Pracy, 55a Poznańska Street, 60-852 Poznań.
