The subject of this contract is the purchase of medical consumables within the project "Medical Simulation Centre of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice - response to the needs of modern medical education" in the scope of task no. 4 "Implementation of OSCE type examinations in selected subjects in the fields covered by the support and implementation of a standardized patient program for OSCE exercises and exams". The ordering party divided the subject of the contract into 4 packages. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions defined in the assortment and price specification constituting Annex 2 - 2c to the ToR and in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.
The subject matter of this order is the purchase of gloves and disposable protective clothing. The subject matter of the order should be performed on the basis of the assumptions specified in the product and price specification constituting Annex 2 to the ToR and in the model agreement constituting Annex 4 to the ToR. The subject matter of this order is the purchase of small consumable medical equipment. The subject matter of the contract should be performed on the basis of the assumptions defined in the assortment and price specification constituting Annex 2a to the ToR and in the model agreement constituting Annex 4 to the ToR. The subject of this order is the purchase of dressing materials. The subject matter of the contract should be performed on the basis of the assumptions defined in the product and price specification constituting Annex 2b to ToR and in the model agreement constituting Annex 4 to ToR. The subject of this order is the purchase of accessories for dummies. The subject matter of the order should be performed on the basis of the assumptions defined in the assortment and price specification constituting Annex 2c to ToR and in the model agreement constituting Annex 4 to ToR.
