Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of specialist medical equipment, as detailed in Annex 2 to these Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the MTF. The subject matter of the contract includes 28 indivisible parts, for which the Contracting Authority allows submitting part offers, each of which is the subject of a separate tender procedure, with the proviso that each offer should be complete (including all items listed under a given part) and should meet detailed requirements defined in price forms (Annex 2) as well as requirements defined in point V of these Terms of Reference.4 The subject matter of the contract has been divided into parts. The Contracting Authority shall allow submission of partial offers. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all parts of the contract.
