Description
The subject-matter of the contract shall be*: a. Supply and commissioning of the latest application software modules in part by modules described in Table 3. b. The functional scope of the individual modules is described in point III of this Annex. c. Expansion of the HIS system by modules described in point III of this Annex. d. The functional scope of the individual modules is described in point IV of this Annex. e. Granting of a perpetual license for the network use of the offered application software together with a guarantee and copyright supervision. f. Integration of the offered software with the administrative system ERP owned by the Contracting Authority. The scope of integration is described in point VI. g. Delivery of the imaging diagnostics system (PACS) together with its integration with the extended HIS system. The scope of integration is described in point. VII. h. Integration of the offered HIS software with the ALAB laboratory system. The scope of integration is described in point. VIII. i. Purchase and supply of database software. j. The functional scope is described in paragraph V of this Annex. k. Conducting e-learning courses for users. The scope and principles of training are described in point X. l. Purchase and supply of equipment infrastructure within the scope described in point II.2.1. XIV * - references indicated above refer to the Detailed Description of the Object of Contract. If the tender documentation contains terms referring directly to standards, approvals, certificates, trademarks, patents, designations of origin, they serve the purpose of defining minimum technical and quality characteristics. The Contracting Authority may submit equivalent tenders using materials and elements other than those specified in the tender documentation, provided that the materials and elements proposed have technical and quality (technological) parameters not inferior to those specified in the tender documentation and have certificates and approvals equivalent to those specified in the tender documentation. Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters not worse than those required and contained in the documentation. Pursuant to Art. 30 (5) of the PPL Act, an Economic Operator who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the equipment and equipment offered by the Economic Operator meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. To confirm that the supplies and services offered by the contractor meet the requirements specified by the Awarding Entity, the Economic Operator must enclose with the tender, in the case of equivalent solutions, brochures, technical data, certificates or declarations of conformity of such equipment or equipment, so that the Awarding Entity can check whether they meet the requirements set out in the tender documentation. The equipment and equivalent equipment offered must meet the quality requirements for the equipment or equipment described in the tender dossier. The Contractor shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty for the delivered hardware and software applications counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol by the parties.
