Description

Delivery and implementation of a documentation system (AIS) for KRH's ophthalmology department.
The Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH (KRH), based in Hannover, is a municipal hospital association in the Hannover region. The group was formed by the merger of the district hospitals of the former county of Hanover and the municipal hospitals of the city of Hanover.The hospital group with 2915 beds and about 8500 employees treats about 135,000 inpatients and also 160,000 outpatients annually. The hospital group, which is owned by the Hannover Region, is thus one of the largest municipal hospital companies in Germany. The aim is to implement documentation in ophthalmology without media discontinuity. All medical, nursing and therapeutic information will be recorded at the clinical workstation, with automatic transfer of the data operated devices from the medical technology. The AIS is the central control instrument in the workflow with integration into the existing system landscape of ophthalmology.For the procurement, a project-specific adapted EVB-IT system contract will be concluded. The corresponding draft contract will be attached to the bid documents for the initial bid and can be made the subject of award negotiations by the contracting authority.
