The subject of the order is the delivery of disposable medical equipment: Surgical materials: automatic staplers, stapler loads, haemostatic patches, nebulizer.2. A detailed description of the subjects of the order is provided in the Price and offer form - Appendix No. 1 for part no. 1, which is an integral part of the ToR.3. In point II.2.7) by programme is given: The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of changing the term of the agreement if the entire subject of the agreement is not fulfilled within the contract period due to lower orders - the change of the agreement requires an annex, however, the Contracting Authority unilaterally notifies the Contractor about the proposed extension of the agreement before the expiry of the term for which it was concluded.
