Description

Delivery of disposable medical materials for the Neonatology Clinic of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity of the ordered assortment is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR.
Information on the principles of delivery, guarantee and remuneration is included in Appendix 3 to the ToR - template agreement.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify the template agreement - Appendix No. 3 to the ToR, if one economic operator will be awarded a public contract for more than one task of this procedure.
