Description

The purpose of this consultation is to select an insurance body: a mutual or union under Title II of the Mutual Code, a provident institution under Title III of Book IX of the Social Security Code, insurance bodies mentioned in Article L. 310.2 of the Insurance Code, in order to conclude a participation agreement for the implementation of a provident contract for the benefit of the community's staff.- staff covered by the agreement: the contract concerns civil servants and agents governed by public law, i.e. 8,812 agents,- additional social protection guarantees requested (within the meaning of Article 2 of Decree 2011-1474 of 8.11.2011),- guarantee 1 (mandatory): maintenance of wages for temporary incapacity for work,.- guarantee 2 (option): invalidity,- guarantee 3 (option): loss of retirement following permanent invalidity,- guarantee 4 (option): death or PTIA,Range of estimated annual financial contribution: between EUR 972 000 and EUR 1 512 000. The Metropolitan Area of Lyon does not guarantee the service provider any minimum membership threshold, and as an indication, the values of the financial contributions granted over the last 3 years are as follows: - year 2017: EUR 729,540, - year 2016: EUR 653,520, - year 2015: EUR 707,400.
