I.1 Description of the contractSubject of these supplies: supply, placement, testing and commissioning of a scopy appliance for a hybrid operating room including maintenance contract.The current operating room 8 of the operating theatre on the Sint-Jan campus of the Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg will be converted into a multifunctional operating room. The new room is to be equipped with a laser-controlled movable c-arm, which allows both open surgery and minimally invasive procedures and which has been developed for thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, spinal surgery and orthopedics. The image-regenerating device must be flexible enough to allow work to be performed in the room completely around the patient and then the device as a whole to be positioned so that sufficient space remains in the operating room 8 for other surgery to take place. The proposed unit must in any case be equipped with a Getinge Magnus table with Getinge carbon sheet, because of the interchangeability of the required accessories.Place of delivery: Ziekenhuis Oos-Limburg, Campus Sint-Jan, Schiepse Bos 6, 3600 GenkThe delivery will include the registration, placement, commissioning, required inspections and control of a scopy appliance in a hybrid operating room in the operating theatre in order to use this room as a multifunctional operating room.Overview of planning and timingWe hereby give a chronological overview of the important dates that the tenderer should take into account: - date of mandatory site visit: 29-03-2022 between 09:00 and 11:00 a.m. - end date for reporting errors, gaps in the specifications: 04-04-2022 - end date for the opportunity to ask questions: 14-04-2022- date of submission of the tender: 24-04-2022- date operating theatre out of service: 01-07-2022-permitted period disassembly/removal of current equipment: from 04-07-2022 to 08-07-2022- date professional commissioning of the equipment: 19-09-2022The contract is not divided into lots.
