Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of equipment for the Monoprofile Centre of Medical Simulation at the Prof. Edward F State Higher Vocational School. Vaccination in Suwałki, in accordance with the recommendation of the audit from the Ministry of Health. The simulation rooms will be equipped with advanced innovative technological patient simulators, medical equipment, audio-video systems, etc. The contract includes:
Part I - Supply of high quality patient simulators
(2) Part II - Phantoms
Part III - Trainers, phantoms and care models
4. Part IV - Medical equipment
(5) Part V - Furniture for medical facilities
(6) Part VI - Resuscitation trolleys, small medical equipment kits
(7) Part VII - Medical panels
(8) Part VIII - Equipment, computer software and audio-video equipment
The order includes the delivery of equipment, installation, commissioning and training for a minimum of 15 hours at the customer's premises.
The detailed scope of the contract will be presented in Annexes 2.1 to 2.8.
