Description

1.The subject of the order is the purchase of medical equipment in the form of: - Operating table- Patient heating system (control unit, heating mattress, heating blanket).2.The subject matter of the order has been divided into 2 parts.Detailed description, requirements and quantities for the implementation of the subject matter of the order are contained in Appendix No. 1B to SWZ- Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) and in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ - Draft Contracts. The Ordering Party attaches Appendix 1B to SWZ- Description of the Subject of the Order to the offer. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems, or where trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or equipment) are indicated, in accordance with Articles 99(5) and 101(4) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions.
OPERATING TABLE: The offered items of the contract must be complete, of high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from defects in materials, construction and legal. Offered items of the order must be authorized for marketing and use in accordance with applicable laws.Warranty period - min. 36 months, but no more than 48 months PACNETA HEATING SYSTEM.
