The subject of the order is the sale together with delivery to the Orderer's office of medical devices such as: - task no. 1: transport defibrillator - 4 sets,- task no. 2: stationary and transport patient monitor - 18 sets,- task no. 3: intensive care patient monitor - 2 sets,- task no. 4: mobile bedside X-ray machine - 1 set, - task no. 5: portable ultrasound machine - 2 sets, - task no. 6: stationary ultrasound machine - 1 set, together with training in the use of the offered devices for the staff of the Clinical Emergency Hospital in Lviv in Ukraine. Training in the operation of the offered equipment should be conducted in Ukrainian. The Ordering Party allows the training to be conducted in English with the participation of a translator. The offered medical devices must be approved for marketing and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2017, item 211).

Training in the operation of the offered devices should be conducted in Ukrainian. The Ordering Party allows the training to be conducted in English with the participation of a translator. The offered medical devices must be approved for marketing and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2017, item 211). The subject of the order is the sale, together with delivery to the Orderer's registered office, of medical devices of the Kardiomonitor type to the intensive care station - 2 sets; together with training in the use of the offered devices for the staff of the Clinical Emergency Hospital in Lviv in Ukraine. Training in the operation of the offered devices should be conducted in Ukrainian. The Ordering Party allows the training to be conducted in English with the participation of a translator. The offered medical devices must be approved for marketing and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2017, item 211).
