France - Mechanical equipment installation services

Description

The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the Contractor is to carry out the refurbishment of the equipment in cell 416, located in building 214 at APM.
The firm services comprise the following items: - Item 1: Studies; - Sub-item 1: Production of a level 3 DIMR (Dossier d'Intervention en Milieu Radioactif);- Sub-item 2: Production of a sub-section 4 operating procedure; - Sub-item 3: Studies for the replacement of wearing parts; - Sub-item 4: Verification of the various sub-assemblies;- Sub-item 5: Production of CAD drawings; - Sub-item 6: Procurement; - Sub-item 7: Manufacturing;- Sub-item 8: Inspections;- Station 2: Work;- Sub-item 1: Fittings;- Sub-item 2: Paint removal;- Sub-item 3: Replacement of wear parts on mechanical equipment;- Station 3: Testing and acceptance;- Sub-item 1: Testing;- Sub-item 2: Site withdrawal;- Sub-item 3: Acceptance;Optional services include the following: - Option n°1 : Replacement of the rack. Services based on unit prices include the following: - BPU n°1 : Sommier - Galet 1 sub-assembly (bridge crane) ;- BPU n°2 : Chariot Y - Cabrot sub-assembly (bridge crane) ;- BPU n°3 : Motorization sub-assembly (armored slab) ; The services on FDMDP concern the realization of modifying services directly linked to the object of the contract.
