The subject of the contract is: a) modernization of the land and building register (carried out on the basis of applicable regulations) in order to update the registration data and supplement the existing database with missing registration data:- land,- buildings,- objects permanently connected with buildings,- premises,- property owners and entities in which land of the State Treasury or local government units is owned or managed, as well as entities which, on the basis of spontaneous ownership, own land for which, due to lack of a land register, collection of documents or other documents, it is not possible to determine the owners;b) update of land use and soil science classes;c) development and presentation of a descriptive and cartographic report for inspection by the interested parties, participation in consideration of comments submitted to this report during its presentation and performance of geodetic works necessary to introduce changes to the report project resulting from the comments taken into consideration; d) preparation of draft notifications of changes made to the record data; e) bringing the EGiB databases to compliance with the conceptual model of EGiB data, specified in Annex 1a to the Regulation of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction of 29.3.2001 on land and building registration, including the adaptation of the EGiB database to the requirements of the Integrated Property Information System (IIS);
