For the construction and expansion of the Core Facility "FACS/flow cytometry" at the MHB, a fluorescence-activated cell sorter (FACS) for high-throughput operation is required as part of a project funded by the State of Brandenburg to strengthen research at the MHB.The FACS Core Facility belongs to the Center for Disease-Oriented Translational Basic Research Brandenburg (ZKTG-BB) at the Campus Brandenburg an der Havel of the MHB.The FACS device is used to measure, analyze and sort animal and human cells.The offered systems are exclusively new (no refurbished or similar).the contractor assumes a 24-month warranty for all components.during the 24-month warranty period, 2 maintenance services per year (excluding wear and tear part kit) are to be included in the offer.the scope of delivery includes in particular the following components:- assembly of the individual components to form a ready-to-use device, installation on site;- delivery free of charge;- packaging, removal and return transport of the packaging;- instruction of the users according to MPG.
