France - Meal delivery services

Description

The service consists of the design (preparation) and delivery of meals, in cold liaison, of the Early Childhood Care Facilities (ECFC) managed by the CGC, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and closing periods (seven weeks/year for each ECFC, fixed in a staggered manner (except for the two weeks of the Christmas holidays during which the service is completely closed): a precise schedule will be transmitted at the start of the market). The service provider will have to be able to respond punctually to requests for deliveries to our two other multi-accommodation facilities in Neydens (74160 - 45 places) and Viry (74580 - 24 places), in the event of the absence of their cook. The age groups accommodated in the EAJE are as follows:- baby: 6-12 months;- medium: 12-18 months;- large: 18-36 months.meals are prepared in the kitchens of the company holding the contract, which must have received the approval of the departmental directorate for the protection of populations.
