The Cégep de Victoriaville is requesting tenders for the "Masonry Repair Phase 4" project. An information meeting will be held on January 26, 2021, at the main entrance, 475 Notre-Dame Street East, Victoriaville.
Tenders in sealed envelopes addressed to the undersigned will be received at the CEGEP DE VICTORIAVILLE, 475 Notre-Dame Street East, Victoriaville, Quebec G6P 4B3, D-R06, until 11:00 a.m., local time, on February 11, 2021, to be opened publicly following the deadline for receipt of tenders, in room E-111, located at the same address.
Opening of Bids - Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Considering the current coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and despite what is planned to
the "Bid Opening" clause above, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION shall proceed with a
opening of Bids without an audience, so that SUBMISSIONERS will not be able to
attend in person.
Instead, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION files a video recording of the opening of the
Submissions on the SEAO as soon as possible after opening. Bidders
will be notified of the filing of the registration on the OMAS in the same manner as when the registration is filed on the
the issue of an addendum.
Please note that this measure is taken in accordance with the proposed lines of conduct.
by the Treasury Board Secretariat, dated March 25, 2020 (News Release No. SSMP-02
"Coronavirus (COVID-19)").
The Owner reserves the right not to accept any or all of the Submissions received, particularly when it deems that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
The work shall be carried out from May 25, 2021 to July 16, 2021.
