Description

The Assignment is to conduct the national Alumni Survey, formerly WO-Monitor. The NAE is a survey aimed at the entry into the labour market of alumni of Dutch universities, in relation to their education. The NAE is a national survey that is conducted once every two years among all recently graduated Master's students at (funded) Dutch universities. The NAE is conducted every other year among students who graduated one to one and a half years earlier.
By means of this tendering procedure, the client wishes to enter into an agreement with one contractor that: - in the fourth quarter of 2021, 2023 and 2025, the NAE will be carried out among all graduate Master's students who graduated from one of the participating universities in the academic years 2019/20, 2021/22 and 2023/24 respectively; - will consult with the client and the universities in good time:-- draw up texts for invitations and reminders,-- coordinate the layout of the questionnaire and the setting up of a supporting website,-- guarantee the quality of the NAE across the various purchases,- is familiar with the professional coding used by Statistics Netherlands and is able to recode the raw variable "profession",- on the basis of the completed surveys, draws up high-quality and correct data files and reports in good time and makes these available to the client and the universities,- is able, together with the Client and the universities, to improve the national response rate among graduate students so that the comparability and interchangeability of the research data is guaranteed and the research is an acceptable representation of the alumni population, - contributes to the continuous improvement of the NAE, the reports and data access.
