Open procedure of project financing, pursuant to art. 183, c. 15e ss., of Legislative Decree 18 April 2016, no. 50, as amended, for the awarding of the concession through project financing of the integrated service of operation and maintenance of the dipubblica illuminazione systems of the Municipality of Piazza Brembana, in line with current regulations also in terms of energy saving, containment and optimization, to be realized confinancing through third parties (ftt) pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 1, letter m), of Legislative Decree no. 115/2008 and inrelation to the principles and purposes of Legislative Decree 4-7-2014 no. 102 and in implementation of directivesecommunity 2014/23/ue, 2014/24/ue and 2014/25/ue].II.
The object of the Agreement is the exclusive concession by the Grantor to the Licensee of the integrated service of operation and maintenance of public lighting systems as specified in the specifications of the Works, including the energy efficiency of the same in particular:- The final/executive design on the basis of the feasibility studypredicted by the promoter to be presented during the tender;- The implementation of the works of energy upgrading and upgrading of the public lighting in the Municipality of Piazza Brembana, all as better provided for in the design drawings forming part of the feasibility study of the Promoter ENGIE Servizi S.p.A. the Supply of Electricity, subject to revocation or new stipulation of the contracts for the supply of electricity in the hands of the writer, which will become the holder of the same from the date of delivery of the facilities.Ordinary Electrical Maintenance through:preventive maintenance;monitoring, control and measurements;corrective maintenance at fault.the Supply of Consumable Minute Materials, during the activities of ordinary maintenance;Remote Management and Remote Control of Public Lighting installations;Main Investment Interventions and related performance objectives included in the service fee, indicated in the technical report attached to this Project diffeasibility;the Operational Structure, composed of:the operational headquarters;the contractual contact person;the technical administrative staff;the operational staff.Emergency Response and Availability;the Call Center;Extraordinary Maintenance.- Promoter subject : ENGIE Servizi S.p.A. based in Viale Giorgio Ribotta n. 31 C.A.P.00144 Rome P.I. 01698911003, C.F. 07149930583.Estimated total value and base tender value: € 837,000.00, excluding VAT;the amount of charges for safety from interference is € 5,749.40 VAT and/or other taxes and statutory contributions excluded and is not subject to rebate The value of the work proposed by the Promoter Engie Servizi S.p.A. for the redevelopment of the parcoimpianti, consisting of no. 382 existing lighting fixtures, replacement with new electrical protection and control panels no. 6 with remote control installation, repainting of no. 10 existing poles and lasostituzione of n. 69 corroded poles, is € 278,308.00 plus VAT, of which € 5,749.40 VAT and / or othertaxes and contributions by law excluded and is not subject to rebate.The Municipal Administration intends to participate in the Lombardy Region funding call called "Bando Illumina", the documents and projects successividovanno be prepared according to participation, in the case of allocation of funding will have to proceed to the modification of the Cannon works and preparation of the new PEF.
