Description

The Municipality of Rancagua, hereinafter also the "Municipality" or the "Municipality", in accordance with the powers conferred by Law No. 18,695 Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities, and those contained in Law No. 19,886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for Supplies and Provision of Services and its Regulations, approved by D. S. No. 250 of 2004, develops this administrative procedure of a competitive nature, convening interested parties to a Public Bidding for the Bidding called "SERVICE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF SEMAPHOROS, BALEZES AND SEALS OF RANCOGUA".S. N°250 of 2004, develops the present administrative procedure of a competitive nature, summoning interested parties to a Public Bidding for the Bidding called "SERVICE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF SIGNALS, BEACONS AND VARIABLE SIGNS OF THE COMMUNITY OF RANCAGUA". This bidding will be carried out in accordance with these Administrative Bases, Technical Bases and other background information, including answers to consultations and clarifications, if any, which form an integral part of the Contract to be signed between the Municipality of Rancagua, as the Mandating Entity, and the awarded Contractor.
