France - Maintenance of the Arzano municipal road network

Description

The services covered by this contract concern maintenance work on municipal roads in the commune of ARZANO.
The contract is a one-year framework agreement - renewable 3 times - with purchase orders to be issued when budgetary appropriations are available.
- The minimum contract value is €50,000 (excl. VAT) per year.
- The maximum contract value is €150,000 per year, excluding VAT.
Orders are placed under the following conditions:
An order form will be drawn up for each project, giving details of :
- the location of the work (plans will be supplied by the client if necessary)
- the nature of the work
- duration of work (if possible)
- quantity of work.

The description of the works and their technical specifications are set out in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP), and in the bordereau des prix (BP).
In the absence of any indication in the "acte d'engagement" of the contractor's elected domicile in the vicinity of the works, notifications relating to the contract will be validly made to the ARZANO town hall, until such time as the contractor has informed the person responsible for the contract of the address of his elected domicile.
