Description

Purpose of the services: Global solution for the design, provision, implementation, start-up, data migration, testing, maintenance of a new municipal IT structure and implementation of a DRP solution, as well as the provision, installation and commissioning of IP telephony equipment. It will have to adapt to technological developments and offer the most efficient solutions on the market at the time of submission of bids. The same will apply to the negotiations and the submission of the negotiated offer(s), up to the submission of the BAFO. delivery locations: Uccle - Rue Gatti de Gamond 254 Context: The municipal administration of Uccle is moving a large majority of its municipal services to a single physical site located Rue Gatti de Gamond 254, in the former buildings of the Fabricom company. The main objectives of this project, called "Project U", are to enable the municipal administration of Uccle to provide its services to citizens in a centralized and optimal way, and to move from August 2020 onwards.The objectives are to centralize and consolidate activities on the main site of rue Gatti de Gamond (formerly Fabricom), in order to enable:- consolidate and standardize the IT and telephone infrastructure (MPLS integration of all sites, virtualization, implementation of virtual workstations)- strengthen the security of the infrastructure and its applications,- increase the availability of infrastructures (DRP),- standardize the operation of tools,- optimize and centralize IT service management,- decentralize user access: provide standardized access to administrative resources to all staff members regardless of their workplace, both in offices and external sites, in a transparent and secure manner.The scope of the project (called "Projet-U") therefore concerns the 2 poles of the municipal administration whose workstations are distributed as follows: - 500 for the pole "municipal administration",- 350 for the pole "education". it must therefore create new computer rooms within this new main site of the municipality and has also decided to replace several aspects of its infrastructure such as the network, wifi, servers hosting applications, virtual workstations and the telephone solution of the municipality.
