"MODERNIZATION OF OIL SYSTEMS OF BLOCK NO. 7 TURBOISE COMPONENT"-The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Part II of the ToR.
"MODERNIZATION OF OIL SYSTEMS OF BLOCK No. 7 TURBOZONE"-The detailed scope of the subject of the contract has been specified in Part II of the SWZ.The subject of the contract includes, among others:Sealing oil system.Repair or replacement of damaged components of vacuum units PV1, PV2 and vapor fan WG3, restoration of full operational properties.Replacement of diaphragms on Samson control valves for setting differential pressure on the sealing oil system. Ensuring the tightness of the valves.Inspection of PG pumps. Repair or replacement of damaged components. Restoration of operating characteristics. UDT on hydrogen drain tanks and filters on seal oil station.Cleaning of CG plate oil coolers. Replacement of gaskets.Inspection of oil-side and water-side fittings. Repair or replacement of damaged components.Lubricating, regulating and jacking oil systems.Inspection of oil systems fittings, replacement of damaged components.Flushing of lubricating, regulating and jacking oil systems (including final flushing with filters before each bearing - filters are provided by the Employer and their cleaning is within the scope of the Contractor). Flushing should be turbulent with high flow rate (oil flow velocities of not less than 3.0 m/s on all supply pipelines). Acceptance criterion: after the flushing process is to achieve an oil cleanliness class of min -/15/12 according to ISO 4406 standard with the absence of contaminants larger than 100 μm in the tested oil sample. Side oil dofiltration in the main oil tank (ZO) and in the sealing oil tank during the start-up phase of the stationary pumps of the oil system. Acceptance criterion: after the dofiltration process, achieving oil cleanliness class according to ISO 4406 standard minimum -/15/ with the absence of contaminants larger than 100 μm in the tested oil sample. The cartridges on the FOB stationary filter for the time of the final flushing shall be provided by the Contractor. Cleaning and inspection of the ZO (lubricating oil) oil tank and screens - replacement of damaged meshes. Restoration modernization of pumps PO, PB, PP, POB, POR1, 2, POB (control oil) and NL1, 2, 3 including replacement of damaged components. Restoration of rated parameters of the unit. Replacement of blisters and adjustment of hydro accumulators at the POR station. Supply and replacement of solenoid valve max 09-type Parker DIVW20BNIP75.The pump overhaul includes, but is not limited to, the following:- execution of PT tests, VT of 200WO7x8 pump blades (for cracks)- Delivery and replacement of damaged 200WO7x8 pump blades (if necessary - delivery on the side of the Purchaser)- Delivery and replacement of damaged 200WO7x8 pump impellers (if necessary - delivery on the side of the Purchaser)-. Replacement of sealing (hydraulic) rings of pumps- supply and replacement of damaged shaft of pump 200WO7x8 (if necessary - supply on the side of the Purchaser)- Carrying out a leakage test of pump 200WO7x8 after the performed repairCleaning coolers CO1-3 water side and oil side. Inspection of fittings on the water and oil side with replacement of necessary components. Replacement of cuffs on dampers In case of replacement of entire dampers with new ones, delivery with new control actuators type ZPUA or Auma. UDT on CO1-3 coolers and. Replenishment of any cavities and anti-corrosion protection on the screen bottoms of CO1-3 coolers.Inspection of the bypass valve to the ZO tank, Inspection and cleaning of oil nipples, together with inspection and measurement of nozzle diameters.Repair (washing, degreasing, painting) of about 30 m2 of sump floor in the area of the ZOS waste oil tank and centrifuge.Regeneration of the water chambers of CO coolers (sandblasting, replenishment of cavities, derivation of pitch planes, anti-corrosion). Inspection of fans WG1, 2 including motors. Replacement of damaged components.Inspection of oil systems leakage, removal of leaks.Inspection and cleaning of the ZOS waste oil tank.
