The Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-23-R-0107 for the Metal Parts and Components for the M8 Smoke Pot in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA).

This solicitation will result in a 5 year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation is issued under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a Size Standard of 750 employees.
