Scope of services: -Coordination of the measures from the general principles according to § 4 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act in the planning of the execution; -Determination of safety and health protection-relevant interactions between the work of the individual trades on the construction site and other operational activities or influences on or near the construction site; -Identification of possibilities for avoiding safety and health risks; -Development of a safety and health protection plan and adaptation to the planning process; -Advice in the planning of the construction site equipment; -Drafting of construction site regulations; -advising on the planning of permanent safety equipment for possible subsequent work on the construction site and compiling the documentation with the necessary information for the safe and healthy execution of this work; -working towards the inclusion of health and safety services in tenders, award documents and construction contract documents; Participate in the examination of tenders and the awarding of contracts; -Advise on scheduling, in particular on the coordination of construction execution times, in order to avoid hazards that can be caused by a temporal juxtaposition; -Participate in the preparation of the advance notice and its transmission to the competent authority under state law (e.g. trade supervisory office or office for the supervision of trade and industry). Carrying out a risk assessment in the planning: of the construction project: in accordance with the Workplace Ordinance in coordination with those involved in the project
Creation of an escape and rescue route concept: as well as determination of the required safety markings in the building. The contractor must take part in the weekly or fortnightly meetings (client jour-; fixe) in Rostock. -Posting and adapting the advance notice; -Disclosing, adapting and updating the health and safety plan and working towards compliance with it and implementation of the necessary health and safety measures by the companies involved; -Informing and explaining the health and safety measures in detail to all contractors (including subcontractors and contractors without employees); subcontractors and contractors without employees); -organizing the cooperation of the construction companies with regard to safety and health protection through safety meetings and inspections with documentation and evaluation of the results; -coordinating the monitoring of the proper application of work procedures by the employers by requesting evidence; -involvement in the planning of permanent safety equipment for possible subsequent work on the construction site and compilation of the documents with the necessary information for the safe and healthy execution of this work; -involvement in compliance with construction site regulations and a construction site equipment plan with regard to the avoidance of mutual hazards; -consideration of safety and health protection-relevant interactions between work on the construction site and other operational activities or influences on or near the construction site; -coordination of the application of the general principles according to § 4 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Adaptation of the risk assessment during the construction phase. Incorporating changes that result or have resulted from the construction process. Inspection in accordance with workplace legislation. Updating of the construction site regulations; updating of the escape and rescue route concept; the contractor must take part in the weekly construction consultations in consultation with the client. Furthermore, the calculation assumes that the Contractor will inspect the construction site twice a week and prepare a report at least once a week. Depending on the type and scope of the work to be carried out, the number of inspections may be reduced in consultation with the Client.
