Description
The Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) requires a Loan Management System that will
automate and streamline the entire loan life cycle, including loan servicing, reporting,
customer care, syndication, and customer monitoring.
This consultancy covers the provision of an off-the-shelf loan management solution, along with testing, piloting, training, and ongoing customer support. The solution must combine the functions of the current information systems and fully deliver on all requirements listed in the Terms of Reference. This is expected to be a completely turnkey solution.
Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a subconsultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners shall be jointly and severally
liable for the entire contract, if selected.
