LITTLE DOVER DOMESTIC WATER STUDY
MUNICIPALITY OF THE DISTRICT OF GUYSBOROUGH

Tender submissions will be received either by mail or electronically. Electronic tenders must be in PDF format, titled “Company Name – LITTLE DOVER DOMESTIC WATER STUDY” and sent to tenders@modg.ca, with the subject line “LITTLE DOVER DOMESTIC WATER STUDY” and will receive a reply indicating “Tender submission has been received”. Hard copies are to be mailed to the undersigned and plainly marked “LITTLE DOVER WATER STUDY, Municipality of the District of Guysborough”. Tender submissions will be accepted until 2:00 pm on Friday, January 10th, 2024. It is the Tenderer’s responsibility to ensure tender submissions are received on time.

The scope of the work will be in two phases, the first phase will be to identify and determine the extent and severity of the water issues; the second phase will be to identify the possible solutions and provide Class C cost estimates.

The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, not necessarily accept the lowest tender, or to accept any tender which it may consider to be in the best interest of the Municipality. The Municipality also reserves the right to waive formality, informality, or technicality in any tender.
