Description

The purpose of this consultation is to supply the French Blood Establishment (EFS) with non-medical liquid nitrogen (N2), the associated rental-maintenance-telemonitoring services for storage tanks, maintenance services for cryogenic installations, the supply of personal protective equipment against anoxia, training on the risks associated with the handling of liquid and gaseous nitrogen, maintenance services for cryopreservation installations and the supply of spare parts required for maintenance. The contract concerns the ten EFS's metropolitan Blood Transfusion Establishments (ETS) (excluding Corsica and the French overseas departments).
Supply of liquid nitrogen, associated services (rental/maintenance/telemonitoring of storage tanks), Grand-Est region, Bourgogne Franche Comté, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur (excluding Corsica). Supply of liquid nitrogen, associated services (rental/maintenance/telemonitoring of storage tanks), Occitanie Pyrénéen Méditerranée, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Centre-Pays de Loire, Bretagne, Île-de-France and Hauts de France-Normandie regions. Provision of anoxia training and use of vapor and liquid nitrogen. Preventive and curative maintenance of cryogenic installations and technical training in the maintenance of installations such as autocryo and cryosmart. Preventive and curative maintenance services for cryogenic installations and technical training in the maintenance of Cryobank type installations. Supply and maintenance of O2 detection systems and supply of portable oximeters. Supply and periodic inspection of Insulated Breathing Apparatus (IBA) for anoxia rescue. Provision of preventive and curative maintenance of cryopreservation tanks of type Espace, RCB, Arpege, BT, Voyageur, and Freezal, Nicool freezers, and supply of spare parts. Preventive and curative maintenance services for cryopreservation tanks of type BF, CF, and supply of spare parts. Preventive and curative maintenance services for 24K, 28K, 38K type cryopreservation tanks and supply of spare parts.
