Description
The Ministry of Science, Energy, Telecommunications and Transport (MSETT), through the Energy Management and Efficiency Programme managed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Project Executing Unit, is seeking a contractor for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of lighting equipment at 50 Health, Education and Public Agencies (HEPA) facilities in Jamaica.
The number of lighting units to be installed will depend on the available budget, anticipated benefits and implementation timeline. The contractor will be responsible for procuring the necessary equipment, overseeing project delivery and developing a strategy to measure and report on energy savings.
The maximum budget for the project is 3.089 million US dollars. This total includes both the Contractor’s Design and Works (CDW) and the Total Equipment Costs (TEC), calculated as: TEC = (3,089,000 – CDW) USD.
