View Changes 7 SFS is looking to have a vendor install the Entry Gate(s) License Plate Recognition CCTV for the Anti-terrorism Program at Dyess Air Force Base.  This systems will continuously record license plates of vehicles that enter Dyess AFB.  This is used as an informational system to locate plate information in case of a Gate Runner or other suspicious activity to be able to disseminate accurate vehicle descriptions to the public.  SFS is looking to have a vendor install Entry Gate(s) License Plate Recognition CCTV. Contractor shall the system in two separate phases to keep traffic operational.
THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.  YOU MUST BE CONSIDERED A SMALL BUSINESS IN SAM.GOV UNDER NAICS 334290 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS NAICS LISTED IN YOUR SAM REPORT OR YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED A SMALL BUSINESS UNDER THIS NAICS YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
A site visit date will be provided in an amendment to this solicitation on beta.SAM.gov.
Interested contractors should verify their availability for a site visit with kasey.hutton.1@us.af.mil.  Attendees must RSVP with the same contact.  If the offeror does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided.

Deadline for receipt of offers: 4 July 2024, 10:00 a.m. (CST).  All quotes can be emailed to kasey.hutton.1@us.af.mil.
The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on best value of items that are found to be technically acceptable. Best value means the expected outcome of an acquisition that, in the Government's estimation, provides the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirement. In this case, evaluation will consider technical acceptability, price and delivery (these will be unranked IAW FAR 13). Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the DESCRIPTION column below..
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
