Description
The State of North Rhine-Westphalia, represented by the President of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, awards a framework contract for the collection, transport and delivery of letter mail for the judicial authorities located in the Bochum district of the Regional Court. Letter types: I) Standard letter and postcards L: 140-235 mm, W: 90-125 mm, H: up to 5 mm, up to 20 gII) Compact letter L: 100-235 mm, W: 70-125 mm, H: up to 10 mm, up to 50 gIII) Large letter L: 100-353 mm, W: 70-250 mm, H: up to 20 mm, up to 500 gIV) Maxibrief L: 100-353 mm, W: 70-250 mm, H: up to 50 mm, up to 1 000 gV) Registered letter: Registered letters are items which must be proven to have been delivered in the formats I) to IV).a) Insertion of mail: The sender receives proof of delivery of the letter from the contractor;b) Delivery of registered mailThe sender can view the delivery note via a shipment tracking system;c) Registered letter with advice of delivery: In addition to the proof of delivery, the sender receives an acknowledgement of receipt with the original signature of the receiver/entitled recipient, which confirms receipt of the item in accordance with §§ 2, 3, 4 and 4 of the German Civil Code. § Further details can be found in the performance description and the draft contract.
