Canada - LED Lightning Upgrade

B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo” or “Owner”) is seeking a qualified Contractor(s) to supply and install new LED lighting products for the Vancouver Convention Centre (“VCC”) in the West Building (“VCC West”) in accordance with the Products Specifications in the Proponent Package. There will be two mandatory sessions: 1) mandatory Virtual Proponent meeting and 2) Mandatory Site Visits. Proponents must attend both mandatory sessions to be eligible to submit a Proposal. To register for the mandatory sessions, please complete Appendix D - Proponent Registration Form. Through this RFP, PavCo intends to select a preferred Proponent, with the following qualifications, to enter into Contract (see Appendix A - Contract Form) to complete the work defined in section 1.2 (scope of work): 1. Be experienced:  has completed two (2) similar projects, in size and scope.2. Be a current member of BC Hydro Alliance of Energy Professional.3. Be currently registered as a Lighting Contractor with BC Hydro Alliance of Energy Professionals.4. Have appropriate resources available to meet all deficiencies corrected, and final electrical inspection May 15, 2024.
