Description

The object of the measure is to provide various brokerage services in connection with the marketing of the Schwelm training center of BGHM - BGHM-Bildungsstätte Schwelm, Bandwirkerweg 79, 58332 Schwelm). In detail the following services are assigned:- Inspection of the property- Inspection of the existing documents- Evaluation of the property- Assessment of the market situation- Customer analysis- Compilation of all documents for marketing- Preparation of a marketing concept/strategy- Promotion of the property to the company's own customer base- Promotion of the property in suitable portals and media or in an existing broker network- Accompanying the sale "from A to Z"- Communicating with interested parties- Conducting viewings- Requesting and preparing buyer documents- Supporting contract negotiations- Preparing the purchase contract- Checking and evaluating the creditworthiness of interested parties- Preparing for the sale, Management and documentation of the entire process, including regular reporting to the client- Follow-up support: Monitoring of purchase price due dates and conditions precedent as well as coordination of the handover of documents.The property is to be sold by the end of 2024. The performance period therefore extends until completion of the sale of the property, but no longer than until December 31, 2024.
