Description

The subject of the contract is to improve the quality of vocational training in Suwałki by expanding the infrastructure of the Technical School Complex in Suwałki - equipment Part 1 - construction industry. As part of the contract, the purchase of the first equipment of the school workshop building was planned, including a workshop for the profession: building technician, fitter and finishing works. The detailed scope of the order is presented in the price form - appendix no. 2.1. 2. The Ordering Party absolutely requires that the warranty period and warranty period for equipment specified in the order be 12 months. 3. the Contractor must ensure transport and unloading at his own expense, as well as installation of the delivered devices and equipment in the premises indicated by the Ordering Party. 4. the Contractor undertakes to deliver to the Ordering Party only brand new products, free from defects, of high quality, of high utility values, originally packaged and conforming to the quality standards specified in the relevant legal acts. 5. the equipment and equipment supplied must also meet the requirements of the price form (appendices No. 2.1). 6.the material and qualitative scope of the subject matter of the contract is defined respectively: a) ToR b) Annex 2.1 c) Significant provisions of the agreement, constituting Annex 3 to the ToR. 7.All names of devices and materials, if used in the ToR and its appendices are given for example and specify only the minimum expected quality parameters and the required standard, may be replaced by other equivalent ones, however, according to art. 30 sec. 5 of the PPL Act, the Contractor is obliged to prove equivalence. 8. a Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall be obliged to prove that the materials, equipment and construction works offered by the Contractor meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor is obliged to submit appropriate documents describing technical and quality parameters, certificates and other documents required by law, allowing the given materials (products) to be used and making it possible to state unequivocally that they are equivalent. The contract concerns a project financed from EU funds within the project of the Regional Operational Programme of Podlaskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020. 1.
