Description

The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply of cleanroom clothing and cleanroom gowns to the Client as rented laundry. By awarding the contract, the Contractor undertakes to provide the Client throughout the entire term of the contract with clean, hygienically impeccable cleanroom clothing and cleanroom gowns which are packed in a low-germ or sterile manner in accordance with their intended use and which are free of defects in accordance with the contractual provisions, and in doing so guarantees the Client maximum security of supply. Furthermore, the Contractor guarantees compliance with the required / contractually stipulated as well as the legally prescribed hygiene and quality standards with regard to the provision of services for the entire term of the contract.

By awarding the contract, the Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with clean, hygienically impeccable cleanroom clothing and cleanroom gowns, packed in a low-germ or sterile manner in accordance with their intended use and free of defects for the entire term of the contract in accordance with the contractual provisions and, in doing so, guarantees the Client maximum security of supply. In addition, the contractor guarantees compliance with the required / contractually stipulated as well as the legally prescribed hygiene and quality standards with regard to the provision of services over the entire term of the contract.The requirements for the cleanroom clothing, cleanroom furnishings and other services are listed in the notes on the award procedure and the specifications for the award procedure, including annexes.The supply to the client comprises or the services to be provided comprise:- the provision of the cleanroom clothing and cleanroom furnishings in accordance with the requirements (i.e. the punctual supply (i.e. on schedule and in accordance with the specified / required quantities / requirements) of clean, hygienically perfect, aseptically or sterilely packaged, defect-free cleanroom garments and cleanroom gowns in accordance with their intended use to the delivery / collection points of the contracting authority specified in section 3.7 "Delivery and collection" of the notes on the award procedure and the specifications for the award procedure (cf. the provision for use against payment (rental)- the delivery and collection of the cleanroom garments and cleanroom gowns to and from the cleanroom service provider(s) the delivery and collection of the cleanroom clothing and cleanroom suits to and from the delivery / collection points of the customer specified in section 3.7 "Delivery and collection" of the notes on the award procedure and the specifications for the award procedure in suitable collection / transport containers provided by the contractor- inspection / testing of the cleanroom clothing and cleanroom suits for faults or defects- repair of the cleanroom clothing and cleanroom suits- hygienic, professional reprocessing of the cleanroom clothing and cleanroom suits (washing, cleaning, decontamination, disinfection, sterilisation, etc.) in compliance with the specified cleanliness class.Folding and packaging of the cleanroom clothing and cleanroom suits in compliance with the specified cleanliness class as well as the required / contractually stipulated as well as the legally prescribed hygiene and quality standards- the textile investment (initial and follow-up investment).The service must be provided in accordance with the instructions for the award procedure and the service description for the award procedure including attachments. The General Terms and Conditions of Business of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden an der TU Dresden, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract for the Execution of Services ("VOL/B"; in the version of 5 August 2003), which are supplemented/concretised by the Additional Terms and Conditions of Contract for Supply and Service Contracts of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden an der TU Dresden, as well as the provisions of the German Civil Code in the version valid at the time of award of contract, shall apply in addition.
