Description
The subject of the contract are comprehensive laundry services as well as collection and delivery of hospital linen, working clothes, mops and washing and disinfection of mattresses and pillows for the T. Marciniak Lower Silesian Specialist Hospital - Emergency Medicine Center in Wroclaw. The contractual conditions for the execution of this public order are contained in the model contract which is an integral part of this SWZW The Contractor, using its own means of transport authorized for the transport of hospital linen, at its own expense and in its own capacity, shall deliver to the Purchaser's premises the assortment after laundering in accordance with the subject of the contract and receive the assortment to be laundered in accordance with the subject of the contract, in mesh carts owned by the Contractor adapted to transport the assortment in accordance with the subject of the contract.
Provision of laundry services for a period of 24 months to the Ordering Party, which include in particular: washing, drying, mangling and ironing of hospital linen and protective staff clothing, washing and drying of blankets, washing and drying of mops, washing and disinfection of mattresses and pillows, chemical cleaning, repair of damaged linen, marking the assortment and segregation and packaging of the assortment covered by the subject of the contract allowing its identification by the Ordering Party.7) Terms and conditions of the service:a. Provision of comprehensive laundry service will be carried out in accordance with sanitary-epidemiological requirements for disinfection and laundry processes depending on the assortment and recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector and PZH, and in accordance with the Good Practices for Implementation of Laundry Service Contracts for Entities Performing Medical Activities developed by the Association of Employers of the Laundry Industry.b. The Contractor shall perform the service meeting the requirements of the relevant standards, laws and regulations, especially those of the Ministry of Health, and in particular in accordance with the Law of December 5, 2008 on Prevention and Control of Infections and Infectious Diseases in Humans (Dz.U. 2019 item 1239, item 1495), the Decree of the Minister of Economy of April 27, 2000 on occupational safety and health in laundries and dyeing plants (Dz.U. 2000 No. 40 item 469), and the standard PN-EN 14065:2016-07 Textiles treated in laundries - Biological contamination control system.c. The Contractor undertakes to provide services using agents that will provide a wide range of biocidal action in the laundry process and have a full spectrum of disinfecting action: bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal, sporicidal, Tbc - mycobactericidal, with a positive opinion of effectiveness confirmed by the PZH.d. The Contractor shall perform the service in accordance with the detailed technological description and conditions of the process of disinfection and laundering of hospital linen, work clothes, blankets, pillows, mops, mattresses submitted to the Purchaser with the offer.e. The Contractor shall adapt the laundry technology to the recommendations of the manufacturer of the product range.f. The Contractor will ensure that the laundry where the service will be performed will have a full hygiene barrier, a tunnel washing machine, pass-through washing and disinfection equipment, transport carts, a disinfection chamber and a device for chemical cleaning of assortments that cannot be washed in water.g. The time of performance of the laundry service shall not exceed 24 hours from the time of collection of the assortment covered by the contract from the Ordering Party's dirty linen warehouse to the time of transfer of the assortment covered by the contract to the clean linen warehouse, excluding holidays, except for mattresses, blankets and pillows, and performance of repair and marking services, for which the time of performance shall not exceed 72 hours.h. The Contractor undertakes to secure in case of emergencies or other unforeseen situations affecting the delivery cycle of clean linen to establish a "reserve bank of hospital linen and mops" at the Ordering Party in the amount of one full shift of hospital linen for 550 beds and 2,000 mops.
