Description

The subject of the contract is the modernization of street lighting in the city of Będzin.2 The lighting system of streets and public places in the city of Będzin covered by the task includes 2 615 luminaires for disassembly and 2 595 luminaires for assembly.3 The current installed power of all luminaires is 442.62 kW.
The subject of the contract is the modernization of street lighting in the city of Będzin.2 The lighting system of streets and public places in the city of Będzin covered by the task includes 2,615 luminaires for disassembly and 2,595 luminaires for assembly.3 The current installed power of all luminaires is 442.62 kW.4The scope of the contract includes, among others:- execution of lighting modernization project covering all the elements described in the functional-utility program constituting Appendix No. 4 to the ToR, - disassembly of luminaires and installation in their place of new energy-saving LED luminaires and delivery of new energy-saving LED luminaires in designated places, - installation and start-up of the street lighting control system, - replacement of the columns of the park and street lighting network and separate cable network, - conducting tests, trials and measurements, including the Ordering Party reserves the right to perform as-built measurements of lighting parameters before acceptance (bad parameters, result in negative acceptance).The scope of work includes disassembly of 2,615 luminaires, replacement/assembly of 2,595 luminaires together with accessories (protection of the luminaire supply cable) and with the jibs of the street cable network in the amount of 785 pieces and 124 pieces of overhead line jibs, luminaires equipped with discharge light sources of various degrees of wear, however, characterized by insufficient energy efficiency and generating increased costs of both operation and environmental degradation.6The works carried out on or near the network, related to the execution of the subject matter of the contract, should be carried out in the technology of works under voltage (hereinafter referred to as PPN) or in the technology of voltage-free and with the use of power generators ensuring the organization of safe working conditions (including the employment of, among others, principals and permitters).7 The contractor should observe the regulations in force in the country concerning: works which should be carried out by at least two persons, requiring special psychophysical efficiency, essential requirements for personal protective equipment.8The contractor shall perform the works in accordance with the rules and instructions specified in the contract: Instruction for the organization of safe work on Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. power equipment, Instruction for the operation and use of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. distribution network, Instruction for the execution of connection activities in Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. power networks and Principles for granting authorisations to persons involved in the operation of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. power equipment at the supervision and operation station.9 The Contractor's obligations also include obtaining all approvals and permits for work on the road lane in the city of Będzin.10The work covered by the agreement should be performed by persons authorised to perform work on power equipment in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy dated April 28th 2003 on detailed rules for confirming qualifications of persons involved in the operation of equipment, installations and networks (Dz.U. of 2003, No. 89. item. The Contractor is obliged to apply the rules, instructions and procedures related to work on power equipment applicable to the Contracting Authority, in particular the Instructions for the organisation of safe work on Tauron power equipment and the rules for planning and reporting work to the relevant Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. field unit12.For power supply shutdowns and permits for safe execution of works, the Contractor shall sign an agreement/orders with Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., for the aforementioned activities it shall be charged with fees in accordance with the Tariff and pricelist of additional fees applicable in Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.13. The management of construction works forming part of the subject matter of the agreement shall be entrusted by the Contractor exclusively to persons holding construction rights in the scope covered by the agreement, pursuant to the Construction Law. The cost of any line exclusions necessary for proper performance of the task shall be covered by the Contractor.
