Other works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the agreement, including, but not limited to: - development of a traffic organisation design for the duration of the installation works, marking, insurance and protection of the taken over land for the duration of the installation, organization of facilities, organization of accesses and access roads to the property during the installation works, as-built inventory with changes made during the installation works, current export of unusable materials; - execution of technical infrastructure repair works, the technical condition of which deteriorated as a result of the implementation of the installation works, including replacement works.The project provides for the application of innovative solutions in the field of energy management - street lighting control will be installed. This will allow a more rational management of lighting, by optimizing the work of the luminaires in terms of working time and electricity consumption. Upgraded luminaires will be adapted to a lighting management system with power supplies that can dim or brighten luminaires from 0 % to 100 % of their rated value. The luminaires will be made of pressurized aluminum so that their bodies can dissipate heat and do not cause overheating of the LED. Modular luminaires allow you to replace the power supply or diode without having to replace the entire luminaire. Ecological aspect of the order was provided by the installation of luminaires in LED technology, which are completely environmentally friendly, do not emit noise. The replacement of lighting and the use of solutions to control street lighting will result in savings in the form of a reduction in electricity demand, which directly translates into a reduction in CO2 emissions. The subject of the contract is the modernization of existing lighting fixtures for modern LED lighting fixtures meeting the standard PN-EN 60598-1, PN-EN 60598-2-3, and the performance of work under voltage on the existing distribution network.The contractor is obliged to mark the arms (UV resistant band with a mini 10 cm wide band in the colour specified by the contracting authority) and the luminaire (sticker with information that the project was carried out with EU funds and GCZ signature, it is necessary to present a model for approval) in accordance with the contracting authority's recommendations and conditions issued by TDS. The contractor is responsible for making and installing 2 information and memorial boards of minimum dimensions 80x120 cm, which will be located in selected locations in the city, agreed by the contracting authority, information and memorial boards should be made in accordance with the requirements of the manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the cohesion policy programmes 2014-2020 in terms of information and promotion.The power of the entire system after modernization may not exceed 42 kW. The Contracting Authority expects to save 277.56 MWh of energy. The task is co-financed by the European Union: Agreement on co-financing of the project "Effective Urban Lighting in Czechowice-Dziedzice". No. UDA-RPSL.04..05.02-24-00E0/19-00 of 9 July 2019 within the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 Priority IV "Energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and low-carbon economy" Measure 4.5 "Low-carbon urban transport and effective lighting "Measure 4.5.2.
