4.1 The subject matter of the contract is modernization of street lighting in the Sułów Commune - replacement of 696 lighting fittings with accessories: The subject matter of the investment is modernization of street lighting in the Sułów Commune involving replacement of 696 luminaires with LED luminaires as well as assembly and replacement of street lighting cabinets with incorporated astronomical clocks and possibility of reactive power compensation. The planned investment is intended to reduce electricity bills consumed by LED street lighting installations by eliminating charges for reactive power. 4.3 The subject matter of the order includes, in particular: 1) replacement of 696 units. 1) Replacement of 696 pieces of sodium and incandescent street lighting fixtures with energy-saving LED fixtures in the Sułów municipality along with extension arms, power supply cables and pole fuse holders, the fixtures will be mounted on overhead power lines owned by PGE Dystrybucja Zamość Branch, Energy Region in Zamość;2) Connecting lighting circuits at transformer stations; 3) Moving lighting measurement and control systems from transformer station cabinets to street lighting cabinets mounted on power line poles; 4) Replacing existing street lighting cabinets with new ones; 5) Grounding installed street lighting cabinets; 6) As-built measurements.
